Tom Chlebowski · Founder, Editor
That One Summer LLC was founded in 2011 and is owned by Tom Chlebowski. He is a St. Louis native, graduate of Maryville University, former accountant, and lifelong admirer of the arts. What does "That One Summer" mean? Read the story here.
Tom is an entirely self-taught photographer, and is always improving the quality and consistency of the photos we produce. His approach to real estate photography is influenced by his experience in landscape and fine art photography, as well as numerous arts classes for drawing and painting throughout his lifetime.
He currently resides in Boise, ID, but still runs That One Summer in St. Louis, editing the photos of our photographer, Colin. He is expanding the business in Boise as Tactical Studio.

Colin Bates · Photographer, Videographer
Colin Bates is a young creative that specializes in photography. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Digital Cinematography. He is born and raised in St. Louis, MO.
Colin has been trained in Tom’s photographic style, with careful compositions that not only show the best perspectives, but also lead the viewer throughout the home seamlessly. He is naturally extremely skilled in videography, as well.

Christy Meyer · Scheduler, General Inquiries
Christy Meyer is a several year-veteran of That One Summer LLC. She masterfully weaves our photoshoots together into an efficient itinerary.
